To safeguard the Client's interests such cooperations are regulated by dedicated contractual clauses, in accordance with SSTN Quality Management System.
Alessandro SommellaBorn in Naples, Italy, December 1st, 1947.
Graduated at the University of Genoa in mechanical engineering with machinery specialization, his career included a service in the Navy where he was involved in several research programmes related to the marine industry, cooperating with Genoa University, RINA, Fincantieri shipyard and CETENA (Centre for Naval Technique). Registered as professional engineer in Italy since 1978 and founder of SSTN, he is a recognized surveyor in the marine industry, with experience in naval design, marine insurance, safety, industrial and transportation engineering.
Currently, he is the Chairman of AIPAM, Association of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers experts in maritime casualties.

Federico SommellaBorn in Genoa, Italy, December 6th, 1978.
Graduated in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Genoa University, during his studies he worked as IT specialist and conducted a training at ship in service survey department of a Classification Society. After degree, he joined a naval design company serving as project engineer and junior project manager.
Partner of SSTN, since 2006 he is working as marine surveyor in the fields of hull and machinery, trim and stability, heavy lift and project cargo.

Annamaria Garuzzo Born in Genoa, Italy, on March 30th, 1981.
Graduated in law at Genoa University, she worked in a consumers' association as responsible for the institutional relations and, subsequently, for a small private company as administration manager and responsible for the development of quality management system. On 2008, she moves to a world's leading company in the technological sector, working in the manager's office until 2010.
Since 2011, Annamaria is member of SSTN team as office manager, in charge for administration, quality management and resources of the Firm.

Oreste BozzoBorn in San Rocco di Camogli (Genoa), Italy, July 4th, 1942.
Master mariner, for more than 20 years head of the Pilot Corporation of Genoa Port.
During his career he conducted more than 25.000 harbour manoeuvres and is recognized expert for the Danish Maritime Institute of Copenhagen and Tanger-Med Port of Morocco. He's consultant of SSTN for casualties related to seamanship and manoeuvring.
Francesco Nicolodi Born in Genoa, Italy, April 27th, 1977.
Graduated in Mechanical engineering at Genoa University with thesis in financial investment feasibility, he worked as project engineer for a primary industrial and naval design company, with significant experiences in steel structures and applications based on finite elements methods (FEM). Since 2007 he’s cooperating with SSTN in the “non-marine” field and industrial engineering.

Alfonso LenzoniBorn in Pietrasanta (Lucca), Italy, on December 22nd, 1978.
Graduated in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Genoa University in 2004 with thesis in design of a Mega Yacht, he worked as project engineer for primary yacht design companies of Viareggio (Italy), acquiring skills in structural design of steel and composite materials, base project design, trim and stability, systems and outfittings, as well as problem solving concerning engineering, CE approval and classification of 3 to 50 meters units.
